Mayor reports another two blasts in downtown Kiev

The Ukrainian media reported, citing witnesses, that clouds of smoke were seen above the Ukrenergo utility company

KIEV, October 17. /TASS/. Four explosions rocked central Kiev on Monday morning, city mayor Vitaly Klichko reported.

"Two more blasts occurred in the Shevchenkovsky District," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Earlier this morning, Klichko reported two blasts in the same district of the Ukrainian capital.
