MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. Heads of many Asian countries have been invited to take part in a parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War in Moscow on May 9, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko told TASS.
"Many leaders from Asia have been invited to the ceremonial parade, though the list is being developed so far, it is in the President’s administration, and I think that the President’s administration in particular is to announce who will be present," he said.
It became known earlier that the Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party To Lam would be present at the parade, Rudenko noted. "A number of others have also been invited, their names will become known a bit later," he added.
