Zelensky lays into Kiev city authorities for not staying on top of energy situation

MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. Kiev’s city authorities have almost completely failed to prepare for energy-related problems resulting from explosions, Vladimir Zelensky said.

"There was a report on the timelines for implementing resilience plans, particularly in the Kiev Region and other regions. Delays are absolutely unacceptable. The Ministry of Infrastructure and regional administrations bear personal responsibility for this. Separate objectives were set for Kiev - due to the city authorities’ nearly complete failure to take the necessary steps," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
