Kremlin spokesman offers waiting for data on mechanism of gas supplies in rubles

MOSCOW, March 30. /TASS/. The data on the mechanism of gas supplies in rubles will be available, while the president’s request should be fulfilled, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

"I don’t hold this information yet," he said when asked how and when this mechanism will be presented to the president. "But in any case, the data about all this will be available. Let’s wait for March 31 (the deadline for fulfillment of the president’s request on developing this order - TASS), the president’s request is in place, it should be fulfilled," Peskov said.

The payment in rubles itself will be accepted not right away starting March 31, he noted. "The payment and supplies are a lengthy process. This does not mean that all that will be supplied tomorrow should be paid for (in rubles) by the evening," the spokesman explained.
