GENICHESK, November 25. /TASS/. Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have executed at least 100 civilians in the city of Kherson, while about 200 others have gone missing, Freelance Advisor to the Kherson Regional Governor Alexander Malkevich told TASS on Thursday.

"According to our information, unfortunately, at least 100 people [in Kherson] have been killed without charge or trial, and 200 have gone missing. Detentions are taking place every day," Malkevich said.

Earlier, he told TASS that purge brigades were being formed in Kherson, which consisted of Ukrainian service members, Security Service officers, foreign mercenaries and local volunteers. Malkevich noted that the Ukrainian authorities had already detained several hundred civilians and most likely planned to exchange them for prisoners of war.
