Kurdish militants shell northern Syrian city, killing three people, wounding eight — TV

All the casualties are reportedly civilians

ANKARA, November 22. /TASS/. At least three people were killed and eight wounded in a mortar shelling of the Azaz city in northern Syria on Tuesday, the A-Haber television channel reported, citing sources in the Turkish armed forces.

According to the report, the shelling was carried out by the militants of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, or PKK, which is banned in Turkey. All the casualties are reportedly civilians. Azaz is a few kilometers away from the Turkish border.
