ANKARA, November 21. /TASS/. The West's policy towards Syria has failed, the country continues to pose terrorist risks to the region, Fahrettin Altun, head of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's administration, said on Monday.
"The Western policy toward Syria has failed. This country continues to pose terrorist threats to [Turkey's] national security and to the region. There is a clear need for change, but our fight against terrorism [emanating from Syria] will continue no matter what. We will not compromise," he said.
