NashStore reported DDoS attack before its Android app store launch

MOSCOW, May 16. /TASS/. Alternative app store for smartphones on Android NashStore was subjected to a DDoS attack before its official launch, according to the official channel of the app store on Telegram.

"Before the launch of NashStore, we were subjected to a severe DDoS attack. Access to the website and store downloads may not be stable at the moment," the statement said.

Digital Platforms opened general access to the NashStore store, Russian analogue of Google Play store for downloading applications to smartphones on May 16.
