Drone shot down over Kafa substation in Crimea, power supply unaffected

Crimea’s air defenses have been at work several times over the last few months

SIMFEROPOL, November 17. /TASS/. A drone was shot down in Crimea and its fragments fell on the premises of the Kafa substation, electricity supply was unaffected, adviser to the Crimean head Oleg Kryuchkov said on Thursday.

"About the Kafa substation. A drone was shot down. Its fragments fell on the station’s premises. There is no damage and power supply has not been disrupted," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Crimea’s air defenses have been at work several times over the last few months. In addition, several aircraft munitions detonated on the territory of the Saki military airfield in the area of the settlement of Novofyodorvka in Crimea on August 9.

Also, a military depot near the village of Mayskoye in the Dzhankoi district of Crimea was hit by a subversive act on August 16, which damaged several civilian facilities, including a power transmission line, an electric power station, a railway track and houses.
