MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. Forecasts indicate that the share of SCO member states in global GDP will increase to 35% by the end of this year, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State Council meeting.
According to forecasts, it [the share of SCO members in global GDP] will grow even more - to 35% by the end of this year," he said, adding that the share of the organization’s members in global GDP has now reached one third.
The total exports of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) members in 2024 amounted to about one fifth of global exports, Mishustin said.
"Last year the aggregate exports of our countries amounted to about one fifth of the global total," the premier noted. "The share of SCO members in the global GDP has reached a third," he said.
