Russia does not rule out building additional oil pipelines to China — Deputy PM

Russia supplies oil to China via the ESPO pipeline (Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean)

MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Russia does not rule out the construction of additional oil pipelines to China, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexander Novak told journalists on Tuesday.

"There are no specific decisions on this yet. Theoretically, this cannot be ruled out if there are such agreements and interest," he said.

Russia supplies oil to China via the ESPO pipeline (Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean).

Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin said that in 10 months Russia increased oil supplies to China by 9.5%, to 72 million tonnes, ranking second among fuel suppliers.
