MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Gazprom Neft will not send oil to countries that introduce price caps, CEO of the Russian oil major Alexander Dyukov told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week.

"As Alexander Valentinovich [Novak - Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - TASS] said today, we will not supply countries that set a price cap on our oil," Dyukov noted.

The EU earlier introduced its eighth package of sanctions against Russia, which includes provisions to set a cap on Russian oil prices and restrict the seaborne transportation of Russian oil and petroleum products to third countries.
