Al Quds Hospital in Gaza comes under shelling - TV

CAIRO, October 29. /TASS/. Al-Quds Hospital in the northern part of the Gaza Strip has come under shelling, the Al Hadath television channel said on Sunday.

According to the TV channel, several rounds were fired at the hospital. According to preliminary information, a building located behind the hospital compound was hit.

Palestine’s interior ministry confirmed on its Telegram channel that "Israeli forces delivered a strike on an area near Al-Quds Hospital."

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said earlier that the Israeli authorities had issued another order to evacuate people from the hospital.

A spokesman for the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said on Monday that the hospital cannot be evacuated because it houses around 12,000 displaced persons and more than 400 patients.
