MOSCOW, December 8. /TASS/. Russians have consolidated around Russian President Vladimir Putin and do not want to keep silent about their desire to support him, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
"People have consolidated around their president, and they do not want to keep silent about their feelings, about their desire to support the president. They are talking about it, writing about it," he said.
Peskov added that this is something that did not happen at previous Direct Line question-and-answer sessions.
This year, the Direct Line and the president's annual press conference will be held in a joint format. On December 14, the head of state will answer Russians' questions live in the program "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin.".
