KALININGRAD, March 19. /TASS/. The fishing boat Kapitan Lobanov is being tugged to port after a fire, the regional government's spokesman Dmitry Lyskov has told the media.

"As far as we know, the vessel is being tugged to port," Lyskov said. He speculated that it might be on the way to Baltiysk or Svetly.

A fire on board left one dead and four others harmed. Three were hospitalized. One is in a serious condition and two in a moderate condition. One is undergoing outpatient treatment.

This is not the first incident involving the ship. On June 7, 2021, this vessel capsized and partially sank in the Kaliningrad shipping canal of the Kaliningrad Bay. No one was hurt then.
