MOSCOW, January 28. /TASS/. Russia's Rosneft oil giant has requested 89 billion rubles ($1.4 billion) or 80% of total value for Zvezda shipyard construction project from the National Wealth Fund (NWF), Deputy Minister of Economic Development Nikolay Podguzov said on Wednesday.
He added that the Ministry has already given a positive strategic conclusion for this project.
"We are considering twenty eight projects of Rosneft with a total worth of 1.3 trillion rubles ($18 billion) of NWF funds," Podguzov said. He is cited as saying that the list covers upstream, downstream, pipeline and refinery upgrade projects.
Podguzov also said that the Eastern Petrochemical Company (EPC) project was not included into that list.
