MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Novatek is prepared to offer its technologies and LNG to Africa and is open to discussing specific projects, the company’s Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Director for Advanced Projects Sergey Solovyev said.
"Novatek is ready to offer two things to its African partners: technology that is unique globally, and its own LNG to generate energy for decades to come. We are interested in a long-term partnership and are ready to work together to develop specific projects and locations," he said on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.
In addition to shareholders’ funds, major joint projects in Africa may be financed through the World Bank and the African Development Bank, Solovyev added.
"We offer integrated projects for generating power and receiving LNG: a single facility instead of four construction sites, one hub for several countries," he noted.
