MOSCOW, April 9. /TASS/. The revenue of Tvel (fuel division of Rosatom) for 2023 amounted to around 314 bln rubles ($3.4 bln), exceeding the same figure for 2022 by almost 46%, according to the company's annual financial report.
As follows from the report, production costs increased by 40% to 214.07 bln rubles ($2.32 bln), management expenses increased by 6 bln rubles ($65.32 mln), and other expenses - 1.5-fold to 8.12 bln rubles ($88.4 mln).
Tvel is one of the world's largest producers of nuclear fuel. The company is the only supplier of nuclear fuel for all Russian nuclear power plants, ship and research reactors in Russia. The company provides fuel to a total of more than 70 power reactors in 15 countries, research reactors in nine countries, as well as transport reactors of the Russian nuclear fleet.
