Nord Stream sabotage acts bring energy security to forefront — Minister

It is stated that the number of new challenges and threats in the digital space is growing

MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. Energy security matters are at the forefront again now after the sabotage act at Nord Stream gas pipelines, Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov said at the third meeting of energy ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member-states.

"Issues of energy security, particular after the unpunished sabotage acts against Nord Stream main gas pipelines, are at the forefront again," the Minister said.

The number of new challenges and threats in the digital space is growing, including higher intensity of attacks against information resources and facilities of critical information infrastructure, Shulginov added.
