Eurasian Development Bank’s investments to reach $11 bln — Putin

The EAEU has adopted a package of measures to ensure sustainability of the economies of member-states and their macroeconomic stability, the Russian leader said

ASTANA, October 14. /TASS/. The Eurasian Development Bank will invest a total of about $11 bln over the next five years, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday at the Russia - Central Asia summit.

"The Eurasian Development Bank supports the national economies of member-states of the EAEU [Eurasian Economic Union - TASS]. Its investments will total almost $11 bln in the next five years," the President said.

"By the way, the EAEU has adopted a package of measures to ensure sustainability of the economies of member-states and their macroeconomic stability. We estimate implementation of these measures will increase the consolidated gross domestic product by 2.5% or approximately $49 bln," the Russian leader said.
