MOSCOW, March 2. /TASS/. The first group of Russian specialists, recalled from the Guiana Space Center, Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin announced Wednesday.

"The first group of 29 Russian launch and rocket specialists has returned to Moscow from the Guiana space Center," Rogozin said in his Telegram channel.

According to Rogozin, the remaining 56 people will depart from French Guiana shortly.

The EU has imposed harsh financial and technological sectoral restrictions against 64 key Russian structures, including the Progress rocket and space center, and significantly restricted these structures’ access to financial markets and services, technical aid, military or dual-use products, and oil drilling technologies for the Arctic. The EU also adopted an expansive list of high-tech products, including communication systems, electronics, semiconductors, aviation and space components, barred from shipping in Russia.
