Zelensky wants guarantees of London’s support if he continues ignoring US proposals

Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large Rodion Miroshnik says that Vladimir Zelensky is seeking compensation for intelligence sharing, air defense systems, and other types of weapons

MOSCOW, October 15. /TASS/. Vladimir Zelensky wants to have London and Brussels’ guarantees of support if Kiev continues ignoring the United States’ peace proposals, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large Rodion Miroshnik said.

Zelensky set off for a visit to the United Kingdom on October 14. "Now, Zelensky wants guarantees of support from London and Brussels in the event that Kiev continues to ignore the United States’ requests and conflict settlement proposals. In other words, he wants to know whether they will be able to compensate for intelligence sharing, air defense systems, and other types of weapons," he said in an interview with the Izvestia daily.

Politico reported on October 13 that US President Donald Trump could cut off US intelligence support for Kiev or pressure Elon Musk to disable SpaceX’s Starlink internet service, on which Ukraine’s military heavily relies.
