MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. Russian special presidential envoy for foreign investment and economic cooperation and chief executive of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev responded to the post by Anna Paulina Luna about criticism from other Congress members in respect of peace talks.

"Peacemakers will win," Dmitriev said on X.
