UNITED NATIONS, February 28. /TASS/. Actual power in Ukraine is in the hands of radicals rather than in the hands of President Vladimir Zelensky, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia said on Monday.

"Actual power in Ukraine, actual political weight is in the hands of radicals and neo-Nazis, who are ignoring the president and have their own agenda," he said.
