Russia ready to share agricultural technologies with Africa — Putin

Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut said Moscow can educate partners by organizing online schools of farmers in line with the terms of reference from a specific country

MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Russia is able to share agricultural technologies with African nations upon requests literally online, President Vladimir Putin said.

Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut said Moscow can educate partners by organizing online schools of farmers in line with the terms of reference from a specific country.

"The question is in formulating the task," Putin noted. "There is no need to send large, huge commissions or delegations. It can be done online, in real time," the head of state said.

The Russian President told the African delegation about the capabilities of the A7 international payment system at the Russia-Africa forum.

"[The payments] are high-technology ones and convenient for the clients, because immediate online conversions from one currencies to another are made there, to digital currencies, back to real currencies, and again to digital ones. Everything is absolutely transparent, in full accordance with the international law," the Russian leader stressed.
