Gazprom Neft to create corporate digital twin in 2028 at latest

Digital twins have already turned into an operating standard in the industry, Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Dyukov said

MOSCOW, October 1. /TASS/. Gazprom Neft plans to create a digital twin of the entire company in 2028 at the latest, CEO of the Russian oil major Alexander Dyukov said at the engineering and IT community conference byteoilgas_conf.

"The next stage is to create a corporate digital twin. We will attempt to achieve this task in 2028 at the latest," Dyukov said.

Digital twins have already turned into an operating standard in the industry, the chief executive said. "If speaking about Gazprom Neft, then 80% of our business processes and operating processes are already covered by digital twins," he added.
