MOSCOW, June 21 (Itar-Tass) - Representatives of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Russia had arrived in Rostov-on-Don, where they held a meeting to discuss the situation in connection with the inflow of Ukrainian refugees into the Rostov region, a regional government official told Itar-Tass on Saturday.
"Official representative of the UNHCR office in Russia Baisa Vak-Voya, legal advisor of the office Ivan Saleyev and his assistant Madina Chedzhemova have arrived in Rostov," the official said. They were planned after the meeting with regional authorities to meet with the regional commissioner for human rights, Anatoly Kharkovsky, and migration service officials.
After the meetings, the delegation was planned to go to the Dmitriadovsky holiday centre, where more than 500 refugees are accommodated.
