MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. All possible assistance will be provided to civilians who have chosen to stay in Alyoshki, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova said at a press conference following a humanitarian operation in the town.
She explained that some people had declined evacuation for various reasons, including health problems.
"There were many such families, and we recorded their details. In fact, we are monitoring every family that has contacted us to better understand their needs and continue providing as much assistance as possible," Lantratova said.
