BELGRADE, October 15. /TASS/. The incidents on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, as well as on the Crimean Bridge, are a signal that the West has crossed a dangerous line, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said in an interview with TASS.
"If we talk about the attacks on Nord Stream 2, on the Crimean Bridge, then the West has obviously crossed a very dangerous line," he said.
According to him, even according to NATO doctrines, "causing damage to critical infrastructure facilities is regarded as an act of armed attack, which suggests a conventional response" with the use of armed forces.
"Obviously, the organizers of these terrorist acts understand what they were doing, this clearly shows that this was a step towards further escalation," the diplomat added.
