MOSCOW, December 15. /TASS/. Russia’s government earmarked some 250bln rubles ($4bln) for the import substitution program in industry over the past two years, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said in an interview with Russian TV channels.
"Only over the past two years, in total we spent some 250bln rubles in import substitution in industry," Medvedev said.
