NEW DELHI, September 12. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping greeted each other on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in New Delhi, but have had no meaningful conversation so far, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"They greeted each other, but, as far as I know, they had no opportunity to talk. But there will be another event in the evening," the Kremlin spokesman said.
