WARSAW, March 14. /TASS/. Poland plans to supply MiG-29 fighter jets from its own fleet to Ukraine within the next four to six weeks, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told a news conference on Tuesday.

"It may happen within the next four to six weeks," he said when asked when such aircraft could be delivered to Ukraine.

Morawiecki said on February 17 that Warsaw was ready to send MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine but only as part of a coalition with other NATO countries.

Poland has 28 MiG-29 jets deployed at an airbase in the city of Malbork. Warsaw has not yet disclosed how many warplanes of this type it plans to send to Kiev.
