SIMFEROPOL, March 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Crimea will do fare-the-well to ensure a comfortable vacation season for tourists and hopes that the number of vacationers from Russia will grow, Minister of tourism of Crimea Yelena Yurchenko said at a news conference held at Cimeainform news agency on Tuesday.
"We will look into what we can do to make a Russian tourist happy and comply with the Russian market of tourism," Crimeinform cited Yurchenko as saying.
"For the time being Russian tourists account for 20 percent of the overall vacationers, which is obviously a too small share for Crimea," Yurchenko said.
"Three tourist routes for schoolchildren intended for five days have been mapped out now, and during May Day holidays the Russian schoolchildren can already enjoy a kaleidoscope of the Crimean cities," Yurchenko said.
She expressed hope that Ukraine would not create any psychological or moral obstacles to Ukrainians if they wish to go on vacation to Crimea.
