NEW YORK, November 8 (Itar-Tass) - The New York Court of Appeals on Thursday upheld the sentence on Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout who is serving a 25-year prison term in the US for collusion with a view to smuggling weapons, pointed out the Court's ruling a copy of which was made available to Itar-Tass.
