MOSCOW, October 18. /TASS/. The Kiev regime is in its death throes and is trying to resist, but this cannot change the course of events, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, when asked by TASS about Moscow’s response to the massive attack by Ukrainian drones on St. Petersburg.

"Some final signs of agony are being observed. The Kiev regime is resisting. But this cannot change the course of events," he said.

He noted that Moscow is constantly responding to Kiev’s actions -- systematic, massive strikes are being carried out, and they are yielding results.
