MOSCOW, October 16. /TASS/. The EU’s anti-Russian stance leaves no prospects for resuming energy cooperation, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing.

"As for a full-scale resumption of energy cooperation between the European Union and our country, such prospects are currently nowhere to be seen, judging by their statements and actions. Brussels continues to send the exact opposite signals," the diplomat said.

"There are also voices calling on their governments within the European Union to come to their senses and follow the US administration's current steps. However, these voices are facing pressure," she added.
