MOSCOW, April 24. /TASS/. Eighty-seven Ukrainian drones were intercepted and downed over Russian regions during the past night, the Russian defense ministry said.
"During the night, Russian air defense systems destroyed and intercepted 87 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles, including 45 over the Republic of Crimea, ten over the Belgorod Region, ten over the Kursk Region, eight over the Voronezh Region, four over the Bryansk Region, four over the Lipetsk Region, four over the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and two over the Moscow Region," it said.
Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin wrote on his Telegram channel, citing preliminary data, that no one was hurt in the drone attack an no damage was reported.
