Lavrov, Blinken talked in India 'on the go,' no negotiations took place — spokeswoman

MOSCOW, March 2. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken had "on the go" during the G20 Meeting of Foreign Ministers in India, but there were no negotiations, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told TASS Thursday.

"Blinken asked for a contact with Lavrov. Sergey Viktorovich had communication on the go during the second session. But there were no negotiations, no meeting or so on," the diplomat said.

On Tuesday, Lavrov arrived in New Delhi to take part in the G20 Meeting of Foreign Ministers that took place on March 1-2. On Thursday, he met with his Chinese counterpart, while on Wednesday he met with Foreign Ministers of Brazil, India and Turkey.
