TUNIS, October 12. /TASS/. One was killed and 11 others were injured as Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport came under a fresh attack on Sunday, the kingdom’s Civil Aviation Authority said.

At least 12 people were killed and 300 others were injured in a deadly attack on the same airport on October 10.

The Saudi capital’s main air hub will remain shut for flights approximately until the end of the day amid precaution measures, a source in Riyadh’s air traffic control service told TASS.

Spokesman for the Saudi-led coalition Turki al-Maliki said an unidentified projectile hit a passenger terminal at Riyadh International Airport, causing a fire. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saria said in turn that the rebel movement had struck the airports in Riyadh and Dammam, as well as oil giant Saudi Aramco’s facilities.
