Ukrainian army selling US weapons to Mexican cartels, Tucker Carlson says

Earlier, Carlson said that "the Ukrainian military is selling about half of the arms they get from the United States into international black markets

WASHINGTON, February 11. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have been selling arms received from the US to Mexican drug cartels, which they then use against the United States, American journalist Tucker Carlson said in an interview with Colonel Daniel Davis.

"Fact is, Ukrainian military is selling a huge percentage, up to half of the arms that we send them, half! And I'm not guessing about this. I know that for a fact, <...> not speculation. And they're selling it, and a lot of it is winding up with the drug cartels on our border. So this is a crime, <…> our intel agencies are fully aware of this. You tell me they're not profiting from this? Of course [they are]. You think the CIA is not profiting from this? Yes, they are. I can't prove that, but I believe that <…>! We're sending these arms to Ukraine, billions, hundreds of billions of dollars, and it's being stolen and sold to our actual enemies," the journalist emphasized.

Earlier, Carlson said that "the Ukrainian military is selling about half of the arms they get from the United States into international black markets, and they are winding up, in some cases, in the drug cartels in Latin America." "That’s a fact. And you can buy them. And I spoke to someone who did buy some [weapons], actually," he added. The journalist’s team has not responded to a request by TASS to comment on these claims.
