MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. The number of coronavirus-related fatalities in Russia went up by 442, compared to 303 a day earlier. This is a new record-high for the country, while 33,931 people died from COVID-19 in Russia, the national anti-coronavirus crisis center told reporters Tuesday.

The provisional death rate stands at 1.72%, the crisis center’s data shows.

In particular, 74 new fatalities were recorded in Moscow, followed by St. Petersburg (69), the Krasnoyarsk Region (20), the Rostov Region (18), the Irkutsk Region (16) and the Moscow Region (15).
