Death toll from Ukraine’s shelling attack on Belgorod up to 14 — emergencies ministry

Twelve adults and two children were killed

MOSCOW, December 30. /TASS/. The death toll from Ukraine’s shelling attack on Russia’s Belgorod has risen to 14; as many as 108 people more were injured, a spokesman for the Russian emergencies ministry told TASS.

"According to verified data, twelve adults and two children were killed in Belgorod. As many as 108 people, including 15 children, were injured," he said.

Downtown Belgorod came under a massive shelling attack by Ukrainian troops on Saturday. A Russian health ministry team led by Minister Mikhail Murashko, as well as a team of rescuers have been seconded to Belgorod.
