GENICHESK, October 7. /TASS/. The attack of a Ukrainian drone on a car in the Kherson Region, which killed the father of 13 children Alexander Kolotun and his 15-year-old daughter, is a monstrous crime and terror of the Kiev regime, children's ombudsman of the region Irina Kravchenko told TASS.
"The Kiev regime has again committed a monstrous act of crime against civilians. This is not an accident or a mistake - it is a deliberate, purposeful policy of terror against one's own people, against families, and against children. The Kiev regime has been killing civilians for years, destroying homes, schools and hospitals, depriving children of their childhood and future. There are lives, destinies and irreparable grief behind every such attack," she said.
Kravchenko said that there can be no justification for such actions. "Sooner or later everyone involved in these crimes will answer for what they have done," she added.
Earlier, Governor Vladimir Saldo said that Alexander and his daughter were killed 120 km from the contact line near the village of Rykovo. In June, Russian President Vladimir Putin personally presented Alexander's wife Tatyana with the Order of the Mother Heroine. She is currently expecting her fourteenth child. The family is known in the Kherson Region thanks to a small bakery they opened, which supplied bread to residents of the surrounding villages.
