BEIJING, August 27. /TASS/. At least 558 people are missing following a landslide at China’s Gyirong border crossing on the border with Nepal, China Central Television reported.
According to the broadcaster, 260 of the 558 people missing are foreign nationals.
As Xinhua reported, the landslide occurred at the Gyirong border crossing at around 10:30 a.m. on August 26 on the Nepalese side of the border. Three people were killed.
