Russia-UAE trade turnover totals about $10 bln in 2024 — Russia’s first deputy PM

Denis Manturov added that Russia also expects to develop industrial partnerships, which will form the basis for stable trade turnover in the coming years

ABU DHABI, February 17. /TASS/. Trade turnover between Russia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) amounted to about $10 billion by the end of 2024, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov told reporters at the IDEX-2025 defense industry exhibition.

"Trade turnover between our countries amounted to about $10 billion last year. This trend has developed over the past years. Trade turnover is growing steadily. The range [of products] is expanding," he said.

Manturov added that Russia also expects to develop industrial partnerships, which will form the basis for stable trade turnover in the coming years.

In October 2024, President Vladimir Putin noted that trade turnover between Russia and the UAE has tripled over the past three years.
