BRUSSELS, February 21. /TASS/. NATO regrets Russia’s decision to suspend its participation in the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START), the bloc’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference in Brussels on Tuesday.

"I regret the decision by Russia to suspend its participation in the New START program," he said. "With today’s decision on New START, the whole arms control architecture has been dismantled," Stoltenberg pointed out, adding that he urged Russia to reconsider the decision.
