MOSCOW, October 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated teachers and educators on Teacher’s Day.
"I extend my heartfelt greetings on this holiday, Teacher’s Day, to all the teachers and educators of our country, and everyone who devotes their strength, energy, and knowledge to educating and guiding the younger generation," the head of state said in the address.
Being a teacher is more than a profession, the Russian leader noted. "It is a noble calling, one that carries great responsibility; it demands wisdom, patience, and constant caring about children and students, together with the ability to unlock unique talents and best qualities in every child and young person," the president noted.
Care, experience, and sensitivity of teachers help pupils and students to believe in themselves, Putin noted. "I am confident that your advice, guidance, and support continue to serve as a foundation for them in their adult lives," he stressed.
