TEL AVIV, February 21. /TASS/. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz instructed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to step up anti-terrorist operations in Palestinian refugee camps in the West Bank following bus explosions in a Tel Aviv suburb, the Ynet news outlet reported.

"We will hunt down the terrorists relentlessly and dismantle their terror infrastructure. Those who harbor terrorists will pay a heavy price," Ynet quoted the minister as saying.

On Thursday, Israeli police reported a number of explosions and fires involving buses in a parking lot in the Tel Aviv suburb of Bat Yam, also noting that no one was injured in the incidents.

The agency pointed out that "numerous police units are working at the scene" and "the circumstances of the incidents are being investigated." According to the Ynet news outlet, the possibility of a terrorist attack has not been ruled out.
