DOHA, March 26. /TASS/. US forces once again attacked weapon storage facilities of Yemen’s rebel Ansar Allah (Houthi) movement in the northwestern province of Saada, the Al Hadath television reported.
According to the report, the United States delivered a series of strikes on warehouses in the district of Sahar, where Houthis store their weapons and equipment. The Houthi-controlled Al Masirah said two air strikes occurred in the region.
On the evening of March 24, Al Arabiya reported that the US conducted over ten airstrikes on Houthi weapon storage facilities in the Saada province.
On March 15, the US started to carry out massive strikes on Houthi facilities in Yemen based on an order from President Donald Trump. The US Central Command said that the goal was to defend American interests and restore freedom of navigation. In response, the Ansar Allah movement twice attacked the US aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman in the northern part of the Red Sea, using missiles and drones. There were no reports of damage to the vessel.
