ANKARA, December 11. /TASS/. An official Turkish source confirmed to TASS that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is scheduled to visit the country on Friday.

"Mr. Blinken will arrive in Turkey on Friday," he said.

Earlier, the Haber global TV channel reported on Blinken's forthcoming trip. The program of the visit will include talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The discussions will focus on the Syrian crisis.
